What we collect

When you order, we collect your WhatsApp number, your first name if you give it, your device type and the information needed for payment. We never see your card details.

Why we use it

Your information is only used to provide and support your subscription, process payments and remind you before your plan ends. It is never sold.

Cookies

Only with your consent, we use Google Analytics to measure how the site is used. You can accept, decline or change your mind at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page.

Where it is stored

Some of our service providers (such as WhatsApp, payment processors and our hosting provider) may store information outside Canada, including in the United States.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as your subscription is active, then for a reasonable period for accounting and support.

Your rights

Under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and, in Quebec, Law 25, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw your consent, by writing to us. You can also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (priv.gc.ca) or, in Quebec, the Commission d'accès à l'information.
