The service

Your subscription gives you one connection (one stream at a time) for the period you paid for. Channel and content availability may change over time.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Payment is a one-time charge made by Interac e-Transfer or through a secure link (card via Stripe, PayPal or crypto) sent on WhatsApp.

Activation

Your subscription is activated once payment is received, usually within 5 to 15 minutes. Your login details are sent on WhatsApp.

Your account

Your login details are for personal and household use only. Sharing or reselling them may lead to the account being suspended without a refund.

Equipment and internet

You are responsible for having a compatible device and a stable internet connection (15 Mbps or more recommended).

Renewal

Plans do not renew automatically. We remind you on WhatsApp before your plan ends.

Refunds

Our 7-day refund guarantee applies if the service does not work on your device.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page is the one that applies.
