Our guarantee

If the service does not work on your device and our support team cannot fix it, contact us on WhatsApp within 7 days of activation to request a refund.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method (or by Interac e-Transfer) within 5 to 10 business days.

Exclusions

Refunds do not cover problems caused by your own internet connection, or plans where a large part of the subscription has already been used.
